People Analytics brings together the data already held in Illizeo and turns it into reports. The module records nothing: it reads what the other modules produce — employee files, absences, attendance, payroll, expenses — and lets you read it, export it and distribute it.

What filters what you see #
Two mechanisms combine across the module: the period navigator (week, month, year or a free range) and the employee filters, which narrow the population by sub-company, office or department.
