A custom report can be regenerated and sent automatically. Each report carries its own schedules — you can create several, for instance a weekly email and a monthly drop onto a server.

The SFTP drop #
To feed another system without human intervention, pick the SFTP channel and fill in the host, port, username, remote path, then a password or a private key.
A button tests the connection before saving: use it every time — a schedule that fails every Monday at 6am goes unnoticed easily.
Secrets are never shown again. Once saved, the screen only indicates that a password or a key is present. To change them, enter them again.
Monitoring and pausing #
Each schedule shows its last run and its status, and can be deactivated without being deleted — handy to pause a send while reworking the report, then resume it.
What does not exist #
No quarterly frequency, no time zone choice, no delivery to Slack or another instant messaging tool. The channels are email and SFTP.
