The module ships with eleven People Matter templates across four categories: Engagement, Employee journey, Performance and Culture & Well-being.
Choosing a template #
- Open PMF Templates. Each card shows the category, the number of questions, the estimated duration and whether the template is confidential or visible.
- Filter by category or type, or search by keyword.
- The preview shows the full questionnaire before you instantiate it.
The question library #
When creating a survey, the Library button opens the catalogue of reusable questions. Each one carries:
- a theme — this is what groups answers together in the results;
- a group, used to organise the library itself;
- a PMF marker when it belongs to the People Matter framework. These questions feed the PMF scores and the benchmark; a question you write yourself does not.
Bilingual from the start #
Every question carries a French and an English wording, as does the survey title. The Translate question dialog is where the second language is entered. Employees receive the questionnaire in their own language; an untranslated question is shown in its original language.
