The heatmap #
The heatmap crosses departments as rows with themes as columns. Each cell carries that department’s score on that theme, shaded from lowest to highest. It is the view that surfaces a localised gap a company average hides.
Cells for a scope below the confidentiality threshold stay empty: the department × theme cross is precisely the calculation that could identify one person in a small team.
Comments #
The Comments view gathers the free-text answers. You can filter them by department and by keyword, and each carries a Positive, Negative or Neutral chip.
That chip is a sorting aid, not an analysis. It rests on a French keyword list: a comment containing no known word comes out neutral, and so does one containing words from both registers. It helps you work through two hundred verbatims in a useful order — it does not replace reading them, and should not be used as a measurement.
The benchmark #
Where sector reference values exist for a theme, the Benchmark view places your scores alongside them. The comparison only holds for People Matter framework questions, the only ones comparable across companies.
