What’s the difference between Onboarding Lite (Core) and the Advanced module?

Lite covers structure: per-role templates, typed steps, per-step emails, document collection, tracking. The advanced module adds candidate portal, automated email sequences (D-7/D+1/D+30/D+90), buddy/mentor, e-learning, IT equipment tracking, NPS surveys and post-hire analytics.

Is the Core plan enough for most companies?

Yes. Lite covers the essentials: step centralization, document collection, key email automation, orchestrated offboarding. The advanced module is useful if you want to turn onboarding into an HR lever (engagement, time-to-productivity, candidate experience).

How many onboarding templates can I build?

No limit. You can have one template per role, per site, per contract type (permanent, fixed-term, intern, apprentice), per department. Templates are reusable and duplicable.

How is the leave balance handled at exit?

At offboarding, Illizeo automatically computes the accrued and unused paid-leave balance. The amount feeds the final payroll cycle for settlement, or can be manually adjusted.

Can I transfer the direct reports of a leaving manager?

Yes. For each direct report of the exiting employee, you assign the new manager and effective date. Notifications go out, permissions inherit.

Are onboarding emails customizable?

Yes. Each ’email’ step has its own customizable HTML template with variables (first name, last name, role, start date, manager, team, etc.). Multi-language based on recipient’s locale.

How does upgrading from Lite to the advanced module work?
