Who does what #
Illizeo’s payroll outsourcing runs on a network of accredited payroll partners, one per country. The partner produces payroll under local law; Illizeo holds the data, coordinates the cycle and stays your point of contact. It is not the software that calculates: it is a payroll professional in the country concerned.

The network is not a closed list of countries: a partner is identified wherever you employ people, with that country’s declaration format and banking rails — swissdec in Switzerland, DSN in France, Lohnsteuer in Germany, PAYE in the UK, and so on. Tell us about your real footprint before assuming it is not covered.

What happens if there is a payroll error?
It is corrected on the next cycle or through a supplementary run, depending on its nature. Any consequences fall under the terms of your service contract and the partner’s: they are read there, not in an article.
Do we keep control of our data?
Yes. It stays in your Illizeo workspace; the partner receives what the cycle requires, and no more.
Can we outsource only some countries?
Yes. Nothing requires covering the whole company at once, and most rollouts start with one country.
What does it cost?
The price depends on the country, the volume and the scope. It is quoted individually.
