How long does it take to import our existing employee data?
CSV import: 1 day for ≤500 employees, 2-3 days for 500-2000. We provide a template and validate the file before injection. Contact us for a tailored migration plan.
Can I add custom fields without changing plan?
Yes. Custom fields and sections are unlimited on all paid plans. Only the dynamic profile structure is the limit, never the count of fields.
Is sensitive data (AVS, IBAN, salary) encrypted?
Yes — encrypted at rest with AES-256, in transit with TLS 1.3. Field-level encryption on the most sensitive ones. Detailed in our Technical & Organizational Measures document.
How does GDPR right-to-erasure work?
On termination + retention period (typically 10 years for HR records), data is auto-anonymized. Manual erasure on demand respects French CNIL / Swiss FADP guidelines.
