Weekly (FR: 35h or agreement threshold), monthly or annual depending on your regime.

FR: 25% up to 8 h/wk, 50% above. CH: 25% on the 5th working day. Your agreements can override.

Paid premium, time off in lieu, or mix. Configurable per staff category.

Track the quota #
Annual quota dashboard: overtime done per person / per team vs the statutory quota (FR default 220h).

At month-end, counters are approved and exported to payroll.

What about time off in lieu?
Managed as an absence counter. To be taken within 6 months of acquisition.
What if quota is exceeded?
The works council must be consulted. Illizeo generates the analysis dashboard.
Overtime and day-rate?
No overtime. Overshoot is measured in days worked beyond the contracted day count.
Switzerland impact?
Art. 321c CO governs. Illizeo applies a 25% premium by default, adjustable per CCT.
