How long does an Illizeo deployment take?
From 2 to 6 weeks depending on your organization size, the scope of enabled modules and the complexity of your payroll. For multi-country or multi-entity structures, certain phases may be reinforced.
Who leads the project on the Illizeo side?
A dedicated Key Account Manager orchestrates your deployment with a senior consultant and a technical migration expert. The team stays stable from kick-off to go-live.
What happens after go-live?
You switch to Illizeo Core support (included) or Extended (optional). In Collaborative mode, your consultant continues with periodic check-ins to optimize usage and deploy new modules.
Can you handle the migration from our legacy HRIS or Excel?
Yes — we provide Excel import templates and our migration team handles the extraction, transformation and loading of your data (employees, absence history, salaries, contracts).
Do your consultants travel on-site?
For large or multi-site deployments, yes. For structures up to 200 employees, support is generally delivered remotely with equivalent effectiveness — most of our clients prefer this format.
Are there additional fees beyond the subscription?
At onboarding, one-time fees may apply for specific requests (complex migration, custom configurations, dedicated integrations, on-site workshops). Everything is scoped and quoted in the initial proposal.
