The Response tracking screen shows who has responded and lets you remind those still pending. On a confidential survey it shows whether someone responded, never what they answered.
The indicators #
- Participants — the invited population.
- Responded and Pending — the split right now.
- Reminded — people already contacted at least once.
- Rate — participation as a percentage, also broken down by department.
Narrowing down #
Filters stack: company, sub-company, office, department, plus a search by name. Select pending ticks every non-respondent in the displayed scope at once.
Sending a reminder #
- Filter down to the scope you want.
- Select the people, or use Select pending.
- Click Remind. The counter shows how many people are concerned before sending.
The reminder email is the one configured for the module; it is not written at send time. The reminder history keeps a record of each send, and the action is written to the activity log as a manual reminder — distinct from scheduled automatic ones.
