Download #
App Store or Google Play. Search “Illizeo” or use the QR code sent by HR.

Enter your subdomain #
On first launch, enter your company subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.illizeo.app).

Authenticate #
Email + password, or SSO (Google, Microsoft, Okta). With SSO, the app opens your browser for login.

Enable biometrics #
Optional but recommended: Face ID or fingerprint for subsequent unlocks. Faster than a password.

Allow notifications #
Get approvals, urgent requests and team birthdays in real time.
