Is data refreshed in real time?
Yes — every change in Personnel Administration, payroll, time-off or expenses immediately propagates to analytics. No batch processing.
Can I plug Illizeo into Power BI / Tableau / Looker?
Yes via API or scheduled CSV/Excel export. Most clients use the email scheduled export to push files into a shared Drive that Power BI ingests.
Are sensitive data (salaries) restricted?
Yes — analytics permissions are role-based: HR Admin sees everything, managers see only their direct teams, employees only see their own data. Detailed in our role-based permissions page.
