The dashboard is the module’s front door. It adapts to your rights: an administrator sees company activity, an employee sees their own surveys.
The indicators #
- Active surveys, Drafts, Closed — the state of the portfolio.
- Average favourability — the share of favourable answers across closed surveys.
- Average participation and the number of comments collected.
The panels #
- Surveys in progress — open campaigns, with their participation rate.
- Latest results — recently closed surveys, with direct access to the analysis.
- Recent activity — the module’s latest actions, taken from the activity log.
- Notifications — unread alerts, which you can mark all as read at once.
Quick actions #
Six shortcuts lead to the common tasks: create a survey from a template, track responses, generate a report, configure reminders, manage access and preview emails. Those your rights do not cover are not displayed.
The employee view #
Without administration rights, the dashboard shows the open surveys addressed to you and, if your company allows it, your department’s results compared with the company average.
