Open the calendar #
Absences → Team calendar. You see your team by default, plus any team you have read access to.

Filter #
By absence type, site, status (approved / pending). Save a filter as default view.

Spot conflicts #
Illizeo highlights in red periods with more than X simultaneous absences (X configurable per team).

Sync with your personal calendar #
Outlook / Google Calendar buttons. Team absences appear alongside your meetings.

FAQ #
Are reasons visible?
Depending on your rights. A manager sees the types (PL, RTT, Sick). A colleague only sees “out”.
Can I block out dates?
Yes, from Settings → Blackout periods. A blocked period prevents new submissions.
How do I export?
Monthly PDF, PNG image or iCal feed. Handy for team meetings.
Do former employees show?
No. Once archived, they disappear from the calendar. Their history stays in People Analytics.
