An accurate schedule turns a punch journal into a steering tool. Illizeo lets you define standard schedules, tolerance rules, automatic overtime and complex cycles (annualised, 2-shift, 3-shift).
Step-by-step #
-
Create a standard schedule #
In Settings → Schedules → Templates, set the time slot (e.g. 9am-12pm / 1pm-5pm), lunch break and optional technical break.
-
Set tolerances #
Minor lateness without penalty, morning grace period, quarter-hour rounding: all configurable. Avoids needless manual fixes.
-
Enable overtime calculation #
Pick the basis (day, week, month, cycle). Set thresholds per rate: 25%, 50%, 100%.
-
Assign to employees #
Several options: per contract, per site, per team. The same employee can switch between 2-3 schedules (week A / week B).
-
Visualise on the calendar #
The calendar view shows planned schedules, actual punches and gaps in colour.
Typical use cases #
| Use case | Recommended config |
|---|---|
| Standard 35h weekly (FR) | Fixed schedule + weekly OT above 35h |
| Day-rate (forfait jours) | Worked-day counter, no hour tracking |
| Annual modulation | 12-month cycle + automatic levelling |
| 2-shift / 3-shift | Rotation with night-hour count |
| Voluntary part-time | Custom schedule, adapted OT thresholds |
FAQ #

How do I handle one-off schedule changes?
