The System reports page lays out every report available to your organisation in a grid. The counter at the top left shows how many there actually are — the number differs between customers depending on the modules they subscribe to.
Finding a report #
- Search covers both the title and the description. Typing absence therefore returns “Absence Days” and “Absence Rate”, but also any report whose description mentions absences.
- Category pills filter the grid. Each pill carries its own counter, and only categories actually present are offered.
- The All pill returns to the full list.
Choosing the period #
The period navigator drives what the reports compute. Four settings:
| Setting | Window |
|---|---|
| Week | Monday to Sunday containing the anchor date |
| Month | First to last day of the month |
| Year | 1 January to 31 December |
| Custom | The range you enter yourself |
The arrows move the window one step — a week, a month, a year. In custom mode they no longer make sense and do not apply.
Chart or table #
Most reports offer a toggle between the chart view and the table view. A few do not: the Birthdays report, for instance, is a chronological list and shows as such.
