The Settings step fixes how the survey will be run. These values inherit from the module defaults and can be changed survey by survey.
Confidentiality #
Two regimes: Non-identifiable answers or Names visible. When confidential, the minimum threshold sets the number of responses below which a scope is not displayed in the results.
Cadence #
| Type | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| One-off | A single campaign, opened then closed. |
| Recurring | Repeats on a frequency — weekly, monthly, quarterly, biannual or annual — over a defined number of rounds. Each pass forms a cycle comparable with the previous one. |
| Lifecycle | Triggered by an employee-journey event: arrival or departure. |
Results display #
- After close — results appear only once the survey is closed. The most cautious setting.
- Real time — results build up as answers arrive.
- Manual publication — nothing is shown until an administrator explicitly publishes the results.
Two answering options #
- Allow going back to previous questions — respondents can correct an answer already given.
- Randomise question order — the order differs from one respondent to the next, which limits position effects on answers.
Duration and reminders #
Duration is expressed in days and sets the closing date. Reminders are scheduled as a number of days before closing; the timeline shows them between launch and close.
