FAQ #
How do I see the change history?
Each section has a History tab listing changes with date, author and old/new value.
Can the employee edit their own data?
Yes, depending on the permissions configured. By default, employees can edit their address, phone number and emergency contacts. Any other change goes through HR.
What happens after a salary change?
An amendment is generated automatically. It must be e-signed before being applied to the next payroll run.
Can I undo a change?
You can restore the previous value from the history by clicking Restore. This creates a new history entry; the old one remains traced.
