Who files the declarations #
Illizeo produces and files no social declaration. No DSN in France, no swissdec declaration in Switzerland, no equivalent elsewhere: there is no filing engine in the software. Those filings are the act of whoever produces your payroll — your payroll team, your accountant, or the country’s partner if you chose outsourcing.
This is not a gap to fill: a declaration is filed under the professional responsibility of whoever draws it up, with the credentials and mandates that go with it.

Enter events on the right date #
A mis-dated joiner or leaver becomes a filing rejection or an adjustment. The leaving date in particular conditions the whole month.

Close before the filing deadline, not after #
The filing lead time runs from your transmission, not from month end. Move your closing date accordingly.

Keep the version number you sent #
If a declaration is challenged, the question becomes “what did we send”. The versioned file answers it without argument.

Handle returns in the right place #
A filing rejection is fixed in the data first: reopen the period, correct, regenerate, and compare the two versions to check nothing else moved.
What does not exist #
No generation of DSN, swissdec or any other filing format. No automated submission to an authority. No tracking of filing returns or rejections in the software. No per-country deadline calendar.
