Enable advanced offline mode #
Profile → Preferences → Advanced offline mode. Pre-downloads payslips and directory.

Use as usual #
The app shows Offline mode at the top. Actions are stored locally with timestamp.

Verify sync #
On reconnect, a banner confirms sync. Tap to see transmitted actions.

Resolve conflicts #
If data changed in the meantime (e.g. request already approved via web), the app offers a merge.
FAQ #
How long does local data persist?
Until sync, no limit. If the app is uninstalled before sync, offline-captured data is lost.
Are my payslips encrypted on the phone?
Yes, AES-256 + key bound to your biometric identifier.
What about long-haul flights?
Enable airplane mode. The app works. On the ground, sync runs as soon as Wi-Fi or 4G is back.
What if sync fails?
The app retries every 5 min. On a real error (e.g. corrupted data), support receives an auto-alert.
