General Terms for Artificial Intelligence features (AI Terms)

This document governs the features relying on artificial intelligence (the “AI features”) offered or referenced across the Illizeo platform and website.

AI features are currently on hold

As of today, all of Illizeo’s AI features are intentionally neutralized and unavailable, while we audit and update our obligations under the European Regulation on artificial intelligence (the “AI Act”).

1. Purpose

These AI Terms set out the status, the conditions of availability and the limitations of liability applicable to Illizeo’s AI features. They supplement the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Illizeo’s other contractual and legal documents, whose other provisions they do not amend.

2. Current status of the AI features

The AI features are currently on hold and neutralized. They are neither activated, nor accessible, nor usable, regardless of the subscription taken out.

Any reference, description, visual or announcement relating to AI features on the website or in the platform is provided for purely informational and forward-looking purposes.
Such references do not constitute an offer, a commitment to availability, or a warranty of provision by any given date.
No AI feature is deemed included in the contractual scope of a subscription until it has been officially activated by Illizeo.

3. Reason for the hold — AI Act compliance

This neutralization is deliberate and temporary. It allows Illizeo to carry out a compliance audit and to update its obligations under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 laying down harmonised rules on artificial intelligence (the “AI Act”), as well as any applicable regulation.

Illizeo chooses caution: rather than offering AI features not yet audited against the European framework, we prefer to suspend them until they are fully compliant.

4. Future availability

The AI features are intended to become available soon. However, no availability date is guaranteed and Illizeo makes no commitment as to timing. Their activation, scope and terms may evolve and be subject to specific conditions communicated in due course.

5. No claim and limitation of liability

The client expressly acknowledges and accepts that the hold on the AI features:

constitutes neither a breach nor a failure to perform on Illizeo’s part;
gives rise to no indemnity, price reduction, refund, credit, termination for fault or compensation of any kind;
may not form the basis of any claim, action or demand against Illizeo, the client waiving any right to rely on it.

No value, price or contractual commitment attaches to the AI features while they remain on hold. The client cannot claim anything by reason of this hold.

6. Duration and changes

These AI Terms apply for as long as the AI features remain on hold. Upon their activation, Illizeo may publish specific conditions governing their use. Illizeo reserves the right to amend these AI Terms at any time; the version in force is the one published on the website.
