The Suppliers & contracts register holds what belongs to the contract rather than to the benefit: number, renewal date, how data flows in, contact. Two benefits with the same insurer both link to it, instead of duplicating the same references twice.
Creating a supplier #
- Add a supplier, then fill in the trading Name and the Legal name.
- Enter the Contract no. and the Next renewal date.
- Choose the integration: Connected API or Manual entry.
- Add the contact (name, email, phone), then Save.
Importing from the Illizeo catalogue #
The Import button pulls suppliers from the Illizeo catalogue for your company’s country. Import never overwrites an existing row: what you entered stays yours.
Delete or deactivate #
A supplier with benefits attached cannot be deleted — Illizeo answers Deletion not possible and offers to Deactivate it instead. An inactive supplier stays readable in history but can no longer be selected.
