The catalogue lists every benefit in the company, Active or Draft. A draft is visible to no employee: that is where an offer is prepared before it opens.
Filling in the benefit #
- Add a benefit. Under General information, set the Name, the Category among the five families, the Supplier and a Description.
- Under Employer contribution, set the Employer rate and the per-head cost. The summary immediately computes Total cost per head / month and Employer cost / yr.
- Set the number of Eligible employees — the basis for adoption rates in reports.
- Set Mandatory enrollment and Automatic enrollment as appropriate.
- Save as draft to come back to it, or activate the benefit to open it to employees.
Starting from the Illizeo catalogue #
Rather than typing everything, Import offers the benefits Illizeo documents for your company’s country, flagging those that are Often mandatory there. The country must be set on the company record, otherwise the import has nothing to offer.
The benefit detail page #
Once created, the benefit has a detail page bringing together its Eligible population, the list of Members with their coverage, and a Documents & links panel — this is where certificates are attached for employees to find in their own space.
