# The Surveys dashboard

The dashboard is the module's front door. It adapts to your rights: an administrator sees company activity, an employee sees their own surveys.

## The indicators

- **Active surveys**, **Drafts**, **Closed** — the state of the portfolio.
- **Average favourability** — the share of favourable answers across closed surveys.
- **Average participation** and the number of **comments** collected.

## The panels

- **Surveys in progress** — open campaigns, with their participation rate.
- **Latest results** — recently closed surveys, with direct access to the analysis.
- **Recent activity** — the module's latest actions, taken from the activity log.
- **Notifications** — unread alerts, which you can mark all as read at once.

## Quick actions

Six shortcuts lead to the common tasks: create a survey from a template, track responses, generate a report, configure reminders, manage access and preview emails. Those your rights do not cover are not displayed.

## The employee view

Without administration rights, the dashboard shows the open surveys addressed to you and, if your company allows it, your department's results compared with the company average.
