# Install and activate the Illizeo mobile app

The Illizeo app is available on iOS and Android. Once installed and activated, it gives access to 80% of web features: clock-in, leaves, expenses, payslips, org chart, signing.

## Step-by-step

1. ### Download

   App Store or Google Play. Search "Illizeo" or use the QR code sent by HR.
2. ### Enter your subdomain

   On first launch, enter your company subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.illizeo.app).
3. ### Authenticate

   Email + password, or SSO (Google, Microsoft, Okta). With SSO, the app opens your browser for login.
4. ### Enable biometrics

   Optional but recommended: Face ID or fingerprint for subsequent unlocks. Faster than a password.
5. ### Allow notifications

   Get approvals, urgent requests and team birthdays in real time.

## FAQ

   Compatible with my phone?

iOS 15+ and Android 11+. Most phones under 5 years old are supported.

   Is the app free?

Included in all Illizeo plans, no additional cost.

   And on tablet?

The app works, layout adapts. For a large screen, the web portal is more comfortable.

   What if I lose my phone?

HR can revoke access from the admin panel in one click. See the dedicated article.
