The Requests tab gathers everything employees and staff movements send to the module. Five counters give the state of the queue, and the chips filter by type.
The five request types #

| Enrollment | An employee asks to join a benefit. |
| Waiver | An employee asks to be waived from a mandatory benefit. |
| Life event | Marriage, birth, move or divorce declared by the employee. |
| Arrival | A new joiner becomes eligible. |
| Departure | An employee leaves: their cover must be closed. |
Deciding #
On each row, Approve or Reject. The decision is recorded immediately, and the row then carries decided on with its date: it stays visible, it does not vanish from the list.
Life events come first #
They open a right to change cover, often within a contractual window. This is the type that needs the fastest decision.
Recording an enrollment on behalf of an employee #
The Enrollments tab handles bulk moves: pick a benefit, search by employee, site or contract, select the rows, then click Enroll or Unenroll. This is the normal route when self-service is switched off.
