What the statement shows #
- Total value of your package — the annual sum, employer share and your share combined.
- A line-by-line breakdown: each benefit, its Coverage, the Employer share / yr and Your share / yr.
- Print / save as PDF to keep a copy.
A coverage shown as “Not specified” #
It comes from an enrollment predating coverage scopes: the information was never captured. It is not an error, and you can have your HR team complete it.
Your certificates #
The Your certificates panel gathers the documents your employer has attached to the benefits you are enrolled in — insurance certificate, information notice, third-party payment card. Use Open for an external link, Download for a file.
If the panel says no certificate is available, no document has been attached to your benefits yet.
