Two financial reports, each tied to its module.
Salaries #
Monthly payroll by department, as overlaid lines, with a department ranking alongside. The report reads payroll data: it therefore reflects what was actually calculated, pay period by pay period.
Expenses #
Employee spending over the selected period, as a donut by category, with the category ranking beside it. This report requires the Expenses module.
What these reports are not #
They are management views, not accounting records. To hand figures to payroll or finance, use the exports of the module concerned, which carry line-by-line detail and the required wording.
