Two deadline reports. They do not describe a trend: they list dates that are approaching and must not be missed.
Probation periods #
Employees currently on probation, shown as a timeline. Each person occupies one row, from their probation start to their probation end, which makes it obvious at a glance who falls due first.
Ending contracts #
Contracts expiring within the next twelve months, most urgent first. The list covers fixed-term contracts, apprenticeships, internships and temping.
Why to check them regularly #
- The end of a probation period is decided before the date, not after. The timeline gives you the remaining notice.
- A contract that expires without a decision renews or stops by default — rarely the intended outcome.
- Both reports read without a period filter: they look forward from today.
Both rely on the probation end and contract end dates recorded in the employee file. An incomplete file does not show up.
