An insurer does not bill a single employee the way it bills a family. The Scope-based pricing panel lets you enter a price per scope, and that grid is what drives both the contribution at enrollment and the employee-side simulator.
Entering the grid #
- Tick the scopes the contract actually prices, among Employee only, Employee + partner, Employee + children and Whole family.
- For each, enter the employer share and the employee contribution, per head and per month.
- Save. Unticked scopes are no longer offered at enrollment.
A scope ticked but not priced #
It will be billed at the single per-head cost entered higher up on the benefit. If you enter no scope at all, the benefit stays subscribable at the single price — the behaviour of benefits created before the grid existed.
Not priced is not free #
The employee-side simulator shows a dash, not a zero, for an unpriced scope. If your employees see dashes where you expect amounts, the grid is incomplete.
