What we do at the booth

An HR trade show is visited quickly and forgotten even faster. So we built our booth around a single promise: you do not leave with a brochure, you leave with something that works.

Your workspace, created in front of you. Each of our four people carries a tablet with the application. In a few minutes you open your own environment, put your company name in it, add two or three employees and an absence — and reopen it the next day from your desk. It is not a demo, it is your workspace.

The full journey of one piece of information. The employee requests, the manager approves, the data lands in the payroll period, the file is generated. It is the journey that counts, not the number of screens.

The time clocks, for real. We are showing the ZKTeco Ultima terminals. Clock in yourself and watch the entry appear on screen: it is the one thing at the show no brochure can replace.

Who it is for

We will be useful if one of these sounds like you:

• A Swiss SME of 10 to 100 people still running absences on a spreadsheet and hours on a separate tool.
• A company of 100 to 500 people whose current HRIS is expensive to configure and slow to answer.
• An accounting or payroll firm preparing payroll for several clients and looking for clean, dated, checked inputs.
• A multi-country group wanting one common HR backbone without forcing the same payroll provider everywhere.

What we will not tell you

A trade-show booth is the place on earth where the most is promised and the least is verified. So let us put it plainly before you come: here are four answers you will get from us, better read in the cold light of day.

What you will ask	What we will answer
Are you ISO 27001 certified? SOC 2?	No. Illizeo is not certified. Your data is hosted in Switzerland with Infomaniak, in data centres that are — which is not the same thing, and we will never write it any other way.
Do you run payroll?	The software prepares it: collecting inputs, running checks, freezing the period, producing the file. For now the legal calculation stays with your accounting firm or your payroll team — our own calculation engine is planned for 2027. And if you would rather not run it at all, we take it on as a service, with our local partners.
Does it integrate with our current HRIS?	Not today: our shipped connectors are Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Google, Zoom, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, UgoSign and Slack. Our API is open and documented, though, and a dedicated connector can be built on request — that is a project we quote, not a box we tick.
Who is already using you?	We are starting our first deployments. That means direct access to the team building the product and real weight on the roadmap. If what you want is a heavy tool — months, sometimes years of consulting, installed fifteen years ago on ageing technology, where every change request gets blocked — that is not us. And our best proof is a 30-day trial: judge for yourself before you decide.
