The documents a company must bring to its employees’ attention, published in Illizeo for the whole company or for selected entities, and read by everyone in their own space.
A title, a description, the scope and the file: PDF, Word, ODT, PNG or JPG, up to 20 MB.
The whole company by default, or selected entities: the main company and its subsidiaries.
Each employee sees what is displayed for the whole company and for the entities of their contracts.
A removed document is no longer displayed and its file is deleted.
Published from the BDESE, it stays displayed until the next one is published.
HR sees all displayed documents, across entities.
Choose the scope and upload the file.
The document appears straight away for employees of the chosen entities.
Remove an outdated document; the equality index is replaced by the next one.
