The Benefits screen brings together what you are already enrolled in and what is available to you. The banner at the top shows how much your employer funds for you each month, across all benefits.
The five benefit families #

Enrolling in a benefit #
- Under Available to you, find the benefit you want. The card shows the employer share and what remains payable by you.
- Click Enroll. Illizeo then asks who you are enrolling for.
- Confirm. The benefit moves to Your benefits and the package banner updates.
Good to know #
A benefit marked Mandatory · included cannot be declined with a click: it requires a waiver request. Some benefits also use automatic enrollment: you are enrolled as soon as you become eligible, with no action needed.
If the Enroll button is missing #
Your company may have turned self-service off. Enrollment is then recorded by your HR team: send them your request directly.
