How do interactive floor plans work?
You import the image of each floor plan (PNG, JPG or PDF). You draw the zones (Open Space, Leadership, Conference room…) directly on the plan, you define the capacity of each zone. Employees then book their seat by clicking on the zone that suits them.
Does the module handle meeting room and equipment booking?
Yes. Meeting rooms are configurable with capacity, equipment (screen, video, paperboard, whiteboard) and time slots. Shared equipment (portable projector, company car, electric bike, VR headset…) is booked the same way — by day or by slot, one-off or recurring. Conflicts are detected automatically before approval.
How do I configure remote-work quotas?
You set a quota per week, month or year (e.g. 2 days/week or 8 days/month). Each remote booking automatically counts against the quota. Beyond it: the booking enters a manager approval workflow, or can be blocked depending on your policy. Everything is configurable per company, department or employee.
Is overbooking handled?
Yes. You choose the policy: overbooking forbidden (automatic refusal beyond capacity) or controlled overbooking (alert + manager approval). The system detects peaks and can suggest an alternative site.
What types of spaces can I model?
3 categories: Office (HQ, local offices), Remote work (Home Office, Regus, Spaces, partner spaces) and Other (training centers, seminar sites, team building venues). Each type has its own settings.
Does the module manage parking?
Yes. You configure parking by type (car, bike, motorbike, electric). Spots can be assigned (fixed per employee) or free (daily booking). Automatic alerts when capacity reaches a threshold (e.g. 90%).
How does restaurant/canteen booking work?
Configure your restaurant with its time services (lunch 12-2pm, breakfast 8-10am…), seats per service, and the mode: open (first come, first served) or mandatory (prior booking required). Ideal for anticipating orders with the caterer.
How do notifications work?
Email systematically on every booking, change or cancellation. Native Slack and Microsoft Teams integration to notify directly in the team channel (“Marie will be at the office tomorrow, seat A12”). You configure the default channel globally or per user.
