Frequently asked questions

How many entities can I manage?

No technical limit. Our customers run from 1 to several dozen legal entities inside their Illizeo instance, each with its own configuration (payroll cycles, users, rights, org chart). Pricing follows your plan.

How can a custom field be added without code?

From Settings → Profile → Custom sections. Add a section, create your fields (type, label, translations, validation, per-role permissions), publish. The field appears instantly on the relevant employee records.

Are multi-country and multi-jurisdiction supported?

Yes: multi-currency, multi-timezone, multi-language (EN/FR natively, other languages on request). For payroll, Illizeo orchestrates local calculations via your connected payroll providers. See our Global payroll guide.

What are the volume limits?

User counts and storage depend on your plan (1 GB to 100 GB depending on the tier). Number of entities, custom fields, roles and workflows are not capped.

How do updates roll out?

Continuous deployment with no service interruption. New features show up automatically — no migration, no upgrade scheduling. Major changes are announced in advance via the notification center.

How long does an Illizeo rollout take?

Can the look & feel be customized per entity?
