Who Ugosign is

Ugosign is a French e-signature solution, compliant with the European eIDAS regulation and hosted in France. It is one of the signature providers you can connect to Illizeo, alongside DocuSign and Adobe Sign, and appears in our list of subcontractors.

For HR teams in France and Europe, it keeps documents and signature data in Europe.

What it changes day to day

• Sent from Illizeo. A contract generated from a template goes out for e-signature through the configured connector, straight from the employee record.
• Automatic reminders. Signature reminders go out by email, with no manual follow-up.
• The whole employee lifecycle. Hiring, amendments, end-of-contract documents: same steps, same flow.

How to get it

1. Create your Ugosign account and enter the code ILLIZEO25 when subscribing.
2. In Illizeo, connect Ugosign as your signature provider in the settings.
3. Send your first document for signature from an employee record.
