Configuration sets the default behaviour of all future surveys. It does not change surveys that already exist.
Reminders #
Up to six automatic reminders, each defined by an interval in days. The timeline places them between launch and close, which makes an uneven spread visible.
Three sending settings complete the picture: the send time, the batch size — how many emails go out per batch, to protect the domain’s reputation — and Exclude respondents, which avoids reminding someone who has already answered.
Defaults #
- Default confidentiality and minimum threshold.
- Default duration, in days.
- Default language — French, English or German.
- Results display — after close, real time or manual publication.
- Allow going back to previous questions and Randomise question order.
Automatic emails #
Switch each of the three emails on or off, and set the sending address and the reply-to address. A valid reply-to matters: that is where employees’ questions will land.
Summary #
A banner permanently summarises the configuration: number of active reminders, minimum threshold and when results are shown. If you do not have the right to change this page, it stays readable and says so.
