The module sends three emails, and only three. You can preview them and change their content, but you cannot create others.

Editing the content #
Edit content opens the editable fields: subject, main title, subtitle, paragraphs, practical note, button label and confidentiality note. Separate paragraphs with a blank line.
The layout itself stays fixed: you change the words, not the design. That is what keeps the email readable across mail clients.
The two languages #
Every field exists in French and English. The Translate button opens both versions side by side, with a shortcut to copy from the other language when the text is identical. Employees receive the email in their own language.
The values shown in the preview #
Names, titles and dates visible in the preview are examples. At send time they are replaced by the real data of the survey and the recipient.
