The Results & Analytics screen presents answers aggregated by theme. Three views coexist: List, Heatmap and Comments.
The List view #
Each row is a theme and carries four pieces of information:
- favourability — the share of favourable answers, as a percentage;
- the distribution — how answers spread across the scale;
- the number of responses the score rests on;
- the gap against the previous cycle, in points, where one exists.
Click a theme to unfold the questions it contains, each with its own score.
The header scores #
Four indicators summarise the survey: Global PMF, Retention, Recommendation and Engagement. They are computed only from People Matter framework questions; a question you wrote yourself does not contribute.
Confidentiality #
A confidential survey displays a scope only if the minimum response threshold is met there. A department below the threshold shows as unavailable, not as empty.
Exporting and sharing #
CSV exports the aggregated data, Report switches to document generation, and Share copies a link to this view. Every export is written to the activity log.
