Yes, this hybrid is common. PayFit remains your payroll engine for France; Illizeo handles everything else — HR, time, absences, expenses, onboarding, perf, signature, plus gross payroll on other countries. The two integrate via Illizeo’s payroll exports (variable inputs, EVP) feeding PayFit.

Does Illizeo calculate payroll like PayFit?

No. Illizeo doesn’t compute net or issue payslips. Its value is to structure the gross (HR, time, absences, expenses, bonuses, variables) cleanly and country-compliantly, then send it to your payroll engine (PayFit, Silae, ADP, Sage, etc.) or partner. This separation keeps one HRIS across 147 countries while using the best local payroll engines.

Does Illizeo cover the French DSN?

Illizeo prepares and structures the inputs needed for the DSN (time, absences, bonuses, expenses, HR events). The actual DSN submission to net-entreprises is handled by your payroll engine (PayFit, Silae, ADP, accountant), based on the data Illizeo provides.
