Modules · BDESE
The French economic, social and environmental database (BDESE, Labour Code L2312-18): one database per company or economic and social unit (UES), social indicators calculated from Illizeo, sections assigned to contributors, versioned publication and works council (CSE) consultations.
Headcount is calculated from contracts and shows the 50 and 300 employee thresholds that set the legal content.
The Labour Code default model for your headcount, or your company agreement (L2312-21) with its themes, sections and indicators.
Social indicators are calculated from HR data, with statistical confidentiality. An entered value always overrides the calculation.
From Silae, by file import or from actuals in the Budget module. Illizeo never estimates salaries.
Calculated, corrected with justification, published as PDF or CSV and shown in mandatory notices. The Egapro filing remains yours to do.
The staff list for works council benefits, the register of mandates and time-limited expert access.
Every step has an owner; what is published is never rewritten.
Declare the database, choose the model or agreement, open year N with Y-2, Y-1 and a three-year outlook (R2312-10).
Indicators are calculated; each contributor completes only their own sections, with attachments and comments.
HR validates completed sections, then submits the fiscal year.
Someone other than the submitter publishes: this is version 1. An update becomes version 2.
Members read published years. Every view and download is logged, with a named watermark.
The committee’s opinion is filed on the consultation, with its document.
The three annual consultations are based on a published BDESE fiscal year.
