What types of companies is Illizeo suitable for?
Illizeo is designed for companies with 1 to 5,000+ employees, across all sectors.
Are former employees counted in the price calculation?
No. Only currently active employees (Internal, External, Students, Interns) are counted to determine your pricing tier and the Illizeo plan suited to your organization.
Are there additional monthly fees beyond the subscription?
No. Apart from the monthly (or annual) subscription, no additional recurring costs are charged.
During initial setup, one-time configuration fees may apply depending on your company size.
Illizeo Implementation
How long does it take to set up my Illizeo account?
Setting up your Illizeo space takes on average, depending on your company size, 1 to 4 weeks from contract signing, until the solution is ready to use in your company.
Is there a maximum duration for implementation support?
Yes. When subscribing to the setup service ("initial configuration"):
- for Core HR or Core HR Extended versions, support is limited to 4 weeks from first contact with our dedicated consultant;
- for the Illizeo Custom version, this duration extends to 8 weeks.
Any assistance request beyond this timeframe may be subject to an additional service to be booked separately.
Do I have a dedicated contact during the setup phase?
Yes. A dedicated Illizeo consultant supports you throughout the configuration and onboarding process.
Is the setup done on-site?
No. All support is provided remotely, via calls, screen-sharing sessions and short webinars.
Can I import my existing employee data?
Yes. If your data (HR information, absences, salaries, etc.) is available as Excel files, it can be directly imported into Illizeo during the configuration phase.
Is there an additional cost for setup?
Yes, one-time configuration fees apply, calculated based on your company size.
Do I need technical skills to configure Illizeo?
No programming skills are required. All configuration is done through an intuitive interface, with help from our Customer Success team who guide you step by step and answer all your questions.
Using Illizeo
Do I need specific software or hardware to use Illizeo?
No. Illizeo is a 100% cloud solution accessible from any device with a web browser and internet connection. No server or local installation is required.
Can I store documents in the digital personnel file?
Yes. You can organize, view and securely manage an unlimited number of documents (employment contracts, payslips, certificates, etc.) in the digital HR file with the Core HR Extended plan, 10 GB for the Core HR plan (which is already substantial).
Employees can also view or upload their own documents according to the permissions granted to them.
Is it possible to have an overview of employee skills?
Yes. You can freely assign skills and attributes to each employee in their personal file. This data can then be easily searched and filtered in the HR database.
What data can employees view on Illizeo?
You define access rights for each employee yourself. Through a system of customizable roles (e.g., HR Manager, Manager, Employee), you precisely control who sees what and who can modify which information.
Using Illizeo Internationally
In which languages is Illizeo available?
Illizeo is currently available in French and English, and you can translate missing languages or ask Illizeo to do it. Each user can choose their preferred language in their personal interface. (Illizeo plans to add Spanish and German as standard languages)
Can I manage foreign subsidiaries with Illizeo?
Yes. Illizeo allows you to create and manage an unlimited number of legal entities, located in Switzerland or internationally, including in different time zones.
Is it possible to manage multiple currencies?
Yes. You can assign a specific currency to each entity or subsidiary, which facilitates multi-country management and consistency of your international operations.
