Illizeo is looking for a part-time Community Manager, working remotely from Morocco, to make the platform known to HR directors, SME managers and candidates. You will run our social media, our visual and video content, our blog, our newsletter and the website’s search engine optimisation.
Who we are
Illizeo is a SaaS HR and payroll platform designed in Switzerland: employee records, absences, time and time clocks, expenses, recruitment, performance, onboarding. We work with SMEs and international companies in Switzerland, France and beyond. The team is spread between Switzerland and Morocco.
Your responsibilities
Social media
- Run Illizeo’s LinkedIn page, our main channel: regular posts for HR directors, payroll managers and business owners.
- Keep Instagram and Facebook alive for our employer brand: behind the scenes, the team, trade shows and events.
- Answer comments and messages, and pass prospects’ questions on to the sales team.
- Keep an editorial calendar and track each network’s statistics.
Visual and video content
- Create carousels, product visuals and short videos, with Canva, CapCut and Google Flow, our AI video creation tool.
- Showcase platform features using screenshots and demos provided by the product team.
Blog and newsletter
- Write or edit blog articles in French and English.
- Prepare and send the newsletter, and share every article on social media.
SEO
- Optimise articles and pages on the website (WordPress): keywords, titles, meta descriptions, internal links.
- Track rankings and technical audits with our tools (Semrush, Google Search Console) and report the fixes needed.
Your profile
- A first experience in community management or digital marketing, ideally B2B. A successful internship or work-study placement counts.
- Fluent French and English, written and spoken: both languages are essential.
- Comfortable with Canva, short-form video (Google Flow, CapCut) and post scheduling tools.
- Comfortable with generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google Flow…) to produce and adapt content, while keeping a critical eye on the output.
- SEO basics, or the will to learn them quickly.
- Autonomous and organised: remote and part-time, you keep to a schedule and deliver without reminders.
- An interest in HR and software is appreciated.
