No. Illizeo consolidates the gross amounts of each benefit per payslip (catalog + actual consumption) and sends them to your payroll provider. Your payroll provider then applies exemption rules and social contributions based on your agreement and country. Illizeo stops at the gross sent to payroll.
Can we build our own benefit types?+
Yes. The catalog is fully customizable: name, monthly/yearly cap, eligibility rule, receipt required, manager validation. You can also duplicate an existing type and adapt it.
How do yearly envelopes per employee work?+
