
Family allowances in Andorra
Andorra pays a Pensió de Naixement (birth grant) of €500 per child, plus Ajuts econòmics per fills (targeted aid) paid by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security. 16-week maternity leave at 100% via CASS (Andorran Social Security Fund).

Pensió de Naixement — Birth grant
Paid by Ministeri de Treball i Seguretat Social:

Andorra has a light Personal Income Tax (IRPF) (~10% max). Deductions:

- Modest fees: €200–450/month by parish + income
- Reduction for single-parent and large families
- Escola Bressol public free from age 4 (kindergarten)
- Pre-school: compulsory from 6 to 16 and entirely free
Survivor and orphan pension
Pension for surviving spouse and orphaned children in case of CASS-insured’s death:
- Spouse: ~50–60% of deceased’s pension
- Orphan child: ~30% per child until age 18 (25 if studying)
