Start a new project #
In Projects → My projects, click + New project. Start from a template (Mass onboarding, Process redesign, Audit) or from scratch.

Describe the goal and scope #
Set the sponsor, business goal, scope (departments, countries) and key milestones. The summary becomes the cover page of the steering committee deck.

Assemble the team #
Add contributors from the Illizeo directory. Each gets a role: sponsor, project lead, contributor, observer.

Split into workstreams and tasks #
The kanban board groups workstreams (Scoping, Execution, UAT). Under each, create tasks with owner, deadline, dependencies.

Plug in the relevant modules #
Link the project to employee profiles, documents or existing workflows. Actions are then automatically logged in the project.
