You need a DocuSign Business Pro / Enterprise or AdobeSign Pro / Business account with admin rights to authorise an OAuth integration. Enable eIDAS compliance if you operate in Europe.

Open the marketplace #
In Settings → Integrations, find DocuSign or AdobeSign and click Connect.

Authenticate via OAuth #
You are redirected to the provider. Approve the access. Illizeo receives a refreshable token and only accesses envelopes you launch from the tool.

Pick the default sender #
Select the sender account (often an hr@ inbox). Every envelope sent from Illizeo will show up in their dashboard.

Map your templates #
Import your templates (contract, amendment, NDA). For each dynamic field, map an Illizeo variable: name, salary, date, etc.

Test with a dummy document #
Launch a test signature on a ghost employee to validate routing and rendering. Once OK, switch the integration live.

Which signature level should I pick?
For a Swiss employment contract, advanced is enough. For notarial or strong international use, go qualified.
Does the signed PDF return automatically?
Yes, as soon as the last signature is captured, the timestamped PDF returns to the Illizeo vault and is linked to the employee profile.
Can I connect both providers?
Yes, but only one is active by default. The other remains available for specific scenarios (e.g. customer GDPR).
What if the connection expires?
Illizeo shows an alert 14 days before and offers a one-click OAuth renewal.
