Start a new report #
In People Analytics → Reports, click + New report. You can start blank or duplicate an existing report.

Choose the data source #
Select a domain: Headcount, Payroll, Absences, Recruitment, Engagement. You can blend up to three domains for cross-axis analysis.

Define dimensions #
Drag one or more dimensions into the Rows or Columns drop zones: department, manager, contract, nationality, etc.

Pick metrics #
Available metrics: count, sum, average, ratio, rate. For a custom calculation, open the formula editor.

Pick a visualisation #
Table, bars, lines, donut, sankey, heatmap, map… The rendering updates in real time.

Save and share #
Click Save and set a name, folder and access rights. You can also schedule automatic email delivery.

Best practices #
Cap visualisations at 6 per report to keep it readable. Use global filters at the top of the page rather than duplicating a filter in each chart. For strategic reports, build a summary version and a detail version.

How do I alert on a threshold?
