People Analytics ships six ready-to-use dashboards covering the essentials of HR management: headcount, payroll, absences, performance, recruitment and engagement. They are available as soon as the module is enabled, with zero configuration.
Open the dashboards #
From the main menu, go to People Analytics. The Headcount dashboard opens by default. Switch tabs to explore the others. Each dashboard can be filtered by period, entity, department or cost centre.

How to read a dashboard #
-
Set the period #
The period picker in the top right defines the time window. Default is Current month vs previous.
-
Read the KPIs #
Each tile shows the value, the variation vs the previous period and a 12-month trend mini-chart.
-
Drill down #
Click a tile to zoom in: the detail view shows the formula, applied filters and the nominative list (subject to permissions).
-
Export or share #
The Export button offers PDF, Excel or a shareable link with permission control.
FAQ #
Do the numbers match payroll?
The People Analytics payroll cost mirrors the Payroll module: same scope, same currency, same exclusions. Any gap is flagged with a banner.
Why don’t I see every department?
Permissions filter your data. As a manager, you see only your team. For a global view, ask an admin for the HR Analytics role.
Can I edit the default dashboards?
No, they are managed by Illizeo. To customise, duplicate one and tweak the copy. See the next article.
How often is data refreshed?
Most dashboards refresh every night. Headcount and absences are near real-time.
