Your exports, dropped on your SFTP

Schedule a custom report once: Illizeo generates it every day, week or month and drops it on your SFTP server. Your payroll, BI or accounting tool picks it up without anyone stepping in.

One schedule, three settings

Frequency

Every day, every week (on the day you choose) or every month (on the date you choose), at the hour you choose, in your workspace’s time zone.

Format

Excel (xlsx), CSV or PDF, depending on what the receiving tool can read.

Channel

Drop on an SFTP server, send by email, or keep available for 30 days for download through the API — with the export.ready event to be notified, depending on your subscription.

The company server, set up once

In Settings › Manage Illizeo › SFTP server

Host, port (22 by default), user, password or private key, and drop folder. Every schedule offers it by default; a schedule can also target another folder or another server.

Test before you rely on it

The “Test connection” button checks access before the first drop, with a clear message if it fails: host not found, server unreachable, authentication refused or server key changed.

Security

Credentials
Encrypted at rest. The password and private key are never shown back on screen.
Server identity
The server key fingerprint is recorded on first contact. If it changes, nothing is sent — no credentials, no file — until an administrator accepts the new fingerprint.
Destination
Internal network addresses are refused. The server name is resolved once and checked, then the connection is made to the checked address.
Permissions
Setting up the company server and scheduling an export are two separate permissions. Only a report’s owner can schedule its delivery.
